The rules for using 44 Snapshot.

By accessing or using 44 Snapshot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

App Store Distribution

If you access 44 Snapshot through Apple devices or the App Store, you agree to comply with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, Apple Developer Program License Agreement, and all applicable Apple policies.

Apple may require additional information, privacy disclosures, or review steps before allowing distribution of our app on the App Store.

Apple Billing and Refunds

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed by Apple, and Apple handles payment processing, billing, and refund requests. All App Store-related refunds, cancellations, and subscription management must be handled through your Apple ID account settings.

44 Snapshot is not responsible for Apple's billing decisions. If you have questions about App Store purchases, contact Apple support directly. Apple's refund policy, subscription control tools, and purchase history are governed by Apple's own systems.

Apple Privacy and Data Notice

When the service is used through Apple platforms, Apple may collect usage or transaction information as permitted by Apple's platform policies. We only process the data necessary to provide the service and to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations.

44 Snapshot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 44 Snapshot and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
